General of Police in Singapore and Commissioner of Police in

Shanghai when Guards were due to arrive, and when they would

leave, until Straits Settlements and Shanghai Folice were in a

position to take over the arrangements in connection with

Anti-Piracy Guards.

Guards to be housed at 1o. 7 Police Station which

should be available in three months time .
